This notice explains how AirLight processes personal data collected through this website and enquiry form.

2. What data we collect

When you use the enquiry form, we process the information you choose to provide, including contact details, event date, country, location, event type, expected audience, requested aerial elements, approximate budget and the description of your idea.

The website may also process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, such as IP address, browser data, request logs and strictly necessary security cookies.

3. Why we process data

We process personal data to:

  • answer enquiries sent through the website,
  • prepare offers and discuss potential productions,
  • maintain website security and reliability,
  • keep business records where required by law.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running a secure website, and, where the enquiry may lead to a contract, taking steps before entering into a contract. Where legal obligations apply, we process data to comply with those obligations.

We may use trusted providers that support website hosting, security, email delivery and business communication. This includes the website hosting and security infrastructure used to serve airlight.io and, once enabled, the email delivery provider used to forward form enquiries to AirLight.

This website currently uses only technologies necessary to deliver and protect the service. If analytics, advertising pixels or embedded marketing tools are added in the future, this policy and the website consent mechanism should be updated before those tools are enabled.

7. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, prepare an offer, maintain business correspondence and protect legitimate claims. Technical logs are kept only for the period needed for security, diagnostics and service operation.
